My training with the Northern School of Reflexology and the creation of Sole Energy were all due to my personal experience as a client of a reflexologist.

A few years ago, after having a serious accident resulting in permanent damage to my arm and leg, I was recommended to a reflexologist. At the time I knew nothing about the therapy but decided to give it a try. I benefited from the treatments enormously and my mobility was much improved. It was then that I decided to become a reflexologist myself so that I would be able to help others in the same way that I had been helped.

I studied Classical Reflexology (Level 3 Diploma) at The Northern School of Reflexology, which was the obvious choice for my training as it is governed by the Association of Reflexologists which has government recognition, is a member of the Reflexology in Europe Network and is also a member of the Reflexology Forum.

I have also undertaken further study and training in Maternity Reflexology, Enhancing Fertility with Reflexology and Aromatherapy for the feet.

As a professionally qualified reflexologist I am fully insured and work to strict codes of practice and ethics, all of which assures you of the best possible service.
